"I became obsessed with the idea that if we didn't accumulate enough likes on any given day, we would be slaughtered and fed to the next generation of influencers." – Die With the Most Likes 

Mark Wilson, aka diewiththemostlikes, is an Indiana-based artist and writer fueled by humanity's excruciating but willing descent into characterless orbs engineered for aimless consumption and expulsion. His art is birthed from the same blue light that is destroying us all. His undying digital presence has infected the first ever digital art exhibition at DART Milano. 

His work has been exhibited at the Decentral Art Pavillion at the Venice Biennale, the Museum of Crypto Art, the Art Innovation Gallery Times Square Armory Event, and at the ValuArt Gallery in Lugano.

He has four published books, with a fifth coming out in January.





precious moments on Wednesday I turned my hand into schnitzel using a steel mallet to to rid my flesh of the bones I resented gleefully shattering them on an old cutting board feverishly increasing the speed and power of my swings to the sound of my insides disintegrating careful to pulverize my shapeless flesh so it was thin enough to crisp in fryer oil I smothered it in egg and breading and fried it until it turned an immaculate golden brown and applied a cranberry purée finisher I took a picture of the perfectly plated meal and submitted it to a food blog that didn’t exist I fell asleep that night with my hand leaking grease and cranberry sauce shedding molten skin and breading and blood into my sheets laughing at the nerves attempting to move bones that were no longer there I wondered if it would every do anything more important than what it had done that night ABOUT THE ARTWORK The artwork is both an NFT and a painting (3,000 USD). company picnic the company picnic took place without much ceremony or celebration and usually when we weren’t all that hungry but we didn’t eat much anymore anyway because sometimes you felt full when a dream died of natural causes over the course of a forgettable life or in the absence of such endeavor and sickness and satisfaction pushed blood to limbs all the same anyway and sometimes we wanted our fingers to bleed what little we had left into empty cells predicting our demise with unbearable accuracy or into agape mouths of those bleeding out in a similar state of indifference with hopes of dissolving the muscle and bone that hoisted us into fluorescent lighting that brought us life like gas station heat lamps our great sacrifice wasn’t that different than the eternally rotating cases lips and holes our climax was the feel of scalding grates the caress of the spatula and the womb of intestines from the nest groomed carrion and their journey for flaccid submission ABOUT THE ARTWORK The artwork is both an NFT and a painting (3,000 USD). Company Picnic

keep warm the onion growing from my elbow was my heart failing the asparagus protruding from my spinal cord was liver disease the potato eyes penetrating my fingernails were dementia the other vegetables were a myriad of indistinguishable illnesses that I would eventually die of the harvest was a celebration of my decline a bounty growing amidst the destruction and decay their roots drank from my disease we decided to make soup despite it all as we had just purchased a discounted crockpot and we were hungry enough at the time we filled the ceramic interior of the pot with tap water and set it to keep warm with hopes that the water would inherit the flavors of the vegetables soon enough and we would drink in my suffering to soothe our hunger my wife delicately tugged at the protrusions painfully extracting each for the creation of a soup made without joy her fingers worked with the diligence and coldness of a butcher and blood flowed freely at times when roots were picked or trimmed too hastily but neither of us acknowledged its presence later that night I would use a handful of paper towels to quietly mop up the mess my body had created we looked at the water full of vegetables for some time neither of us had much to say about me dying or the soup created from that dying maybe we were both just hungry we fell asleep in each other’s arms that night, hoping that the soup would taste good even though we knew it wouldn’t hoping my disintegration and submission would be as seamless as the ingredients disappearing into the warm embrace of the water
